Its a simple process that involves:

1. Go to the site of your choice in the US and place your order using our US partners/shipping companies address as your US shipping
address. Be sure to use the format below in filling in your shipping address. The "Your Name" should be your name as shown on your credit
card and ID required to be presented to us before your item is released.

2. After placing the order, you need to fill this form to let us know that you have ordered some items and they are been shipped to our
partners in the US.

3. Once the items are received, they will be packaged and you will be informed of the cost of shipping via email. We charge $4.25/pound to
ship all items using this service
. Please click here to see sample cost of shipping for various items. Once payment is made in Nigeria (we
are automatically notified a few minutes after payment is made and our US partners are contacted immediately to ship your items), the items will
be shipped to our office in Nigeria
and can also be home delivered to the customer anywhere in Nigeria. There is a minimum shipping charge
of $20 or
about 5 pounds for all shipment. Hence it is advisable to ship items that will weigh more than 5 pounds each time, or buy a couple of
items that will weigh up to 5 pounds prior to our shipping your items.


4. We will inform you once it arrives, and you can simply come to the office to pick up your items.

To prevent fraudulent use of credit card, please note the following:
1. You will need to show the credit card used to make the purchase to pick up your package from our office. All we need is to visually verify that
its yours, and thats it. You will also need to show another ID, either a drivers license or passport to pick up your items, and the names on these
ID's must match the name on your credit card used to make the purchase.
2. You will need to provide the following prior to your item been shipped from US in the form you fill.
  • The last four digits of your credit card number. This is the standard check used by our US shipping warehouse, and most receipts from
    the store will show the last 4 digits of the credit card used. You have nothing to worry as knowing only the last four digits can not make
    anyone else to use your card, as they can not know the remaining 12 digits. Once this is verified, the item will be packaged and shipped
    down to Nigeria.
  • Your address, which is to be the billing address as is shown on your credit card statement. This is also shown on most receipts from US
    stores.
  • Either the last four digits or the billing address need to match before the item is shipped to Nigeria. If any of the two do not match, the
    items may be shipped back to the US store, and if it was really a genuine order, you have nothing to loose as the store will credit your
    card back for the amount spent.
3. Once your item is received and packaged, you will be contacted through email with details of the shipping charge and options to making
payment. Our shipping charge for this service is the standard charge of $4.25/pound, saving you over 75% compared to using other major
shippers that charge in excess of $20/pound weight.
4. The last 4 digits on your actual card needs to match the last 4 digit on the receipt, and the last four digit provided to us prior to picking up
your package in our office in Lagos.
