1. Go to the site of your choice in the US and place your order using our US partners/shipping companies address as your US shipping
address. Be sure to use the format below in filling in your shipping address. The "Your Name" should be your name as shown on your credit
card and ID required to be presented to us before your item is released.

2. After placing the order, you need to fill this form to let us know that you have ordered some items and they are been shipped to our
partners in the US.

3. Once the items are received, they will be packaged and you will be informed of the cost of shipping via email. We charge $3.99/pound for
our Bronze Shippers, $3.79/pound for our Silver Shippers, and $3.59/pound for our Gold Shippers. (Click here to see how to get shipping as
low as $3.59/pound) As most people are not sure of item weights in pounds, you can see sample cost of shipping for various items. To see

rates at our partner site to get the total cost to ship to your location.

4. We will inform you once it arrives, and you can simply come to the office to pick up your items if you reside in Lagos, or we can ship it to
other locations anywhere in Nigeria. Items are shipped out from our US warehouse weekly. All items coming in for a given customer within a
week will be consolidated and packaged as one shipment and shipped out that week. This repackaging and weekly consolidation has saved
our customers thousands in shipping costs compared to shipping out each separate package. Hence if from Monday to Friday, we received 4
different items from different stores for a particular customer, they will be packaged in one box and shipped off as a unit. Items coming in the
upper week will ship off as a separate unit.

5. To prevent fraudulent use of credit card, please note the following:
  • 1. If picking up in Lagos, you will need to show the credit card used to make the purchase to pick up your package from our office. All we
    need is to visually verify that its yours, and thats it. You will also need to show another ID, either a drivers license or passport to pick up
    your items, and the names on these ID's must match the name on your credit card used to make the purchase.
  • 2. If you are not in Lagos (or are in Lagos and want the items shipped to your home), we may request for details of your credit card from
    your bank after reviewing the items received. It only takes a few days (usually 1/2 days) to verify by simply asking your banks credit card
    department to email us, verifying that the credit card is yours. This is done on a daily basis and all banks in Nigeria are used to this

  • 3. Shipments from amazon.com are generally not reviewed and can be shipped to anywhere in Nigeria as soon as we get it. This is
    because amazon.com already has a policy of verifying credit cards details from Nigerian banks.
  • 4. Only use a credit card that is yours. If we discover that you have used a fraudulent card, not belonging to you to place the order, we
    will inform you that the items have been shipped to you, and will have the police/EFCC waiting to pick you up the minute you come in to
    pick up your items. Be warned, as this is a service designed to help genuine and honest Nigerians in need of products from the US.
