SHIPPING POLICY
Our partners process and ship all products the instant it is  ready for shipment, and this is normally within 24 to 72 hours after an order is
placed on Shopfromamerica.com. Shipping and processing times may vary for some items, but we strive to ship all items as soon as the
order is received. We do not ship anything prohibited under the United States Government export prohibition list, as well as the Nigerian
Government export prohibited list. Items we will not ship include, but are not limited to

1. Firearms
2. Military equipments
3. Some Food items
4. Alcoholic beverages
5. Tobacco products
6. Flowers
7. Perishables
8. Prescription drugs
9. Animals
10. Chemical compounds
11. Restricted software products
12. Pornographic or other sexually explicit materials
13. Materials that could be deemed obscene or excessively violent

Some companies also mark some items as not deemed for export, and we will not ship any product if the seller marks it as not for export. Be
sure the items you are buying can be exported out of the US before sending it to us using the SHIP TO US option. Most electronics, fashion,
car parts, cars, books, software, house hold items, beauty products, children, sports products and all products on ShopFromAmerica.com
can be exported out of the US. If unsure, please contact us first.

For items shipped using our online option at ShopFromAmerica.com, the shipping cost already includes customs and import duties, and no
additional payment is required on delivery. Customs and import duties (if applicable) are applied once the shipment reaches its destination
for items shipped by Fedex/UPS, and the customer will be informed of these charges. The time it takes to get your products delivered can
vary widely from time to time, and we have found delays to occur during festive seasons (Easter, Christmas, Public Holidays) and
ShopFromAmerica.com or ShopFromAmerica Nigeria Limited will not be liable for any losses arising from delays in shipment. Delivery may
be delayed by customs/import duties and local postal requirements. Shopfromamerica.com or ShopFromAmerica Nigeria Limited does not
assume responsibility for the ordered goods meeting local custom laws, and you are required to make sure all items shipped to us using the
SHIP TO US option meets all local laws.

ORDER ACCEPTANCE POLICY
Most orders are accepted as long as payments are made following our acceptable payment methods. ShopFromAmericaNigeria Limited
reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order confirmation to accept or decline your order for reason that may cause a breach of
Nigerian, US or international laws. If your order is declined after payment has been made, a full refund will be made to you. Note that there
may be orders that we are unable to process and must cancel, and a full refund will be made to you. We may also require additional
verifications or information before accepting some orders. We will contact or inform you if we cannot process your order.

ORDER CANCELLATION POLICY
Our biggest priority is to ensure that your items are shipped in a timely manner. When an order is placed with ShopFromAmerica Nigeria
Limited, the order is immediately processed with out partners usually within 24 to 48 hours. Because of this, we are unable to adjust an order
after it has been submitted without incurring additional cost in the process. All order cancellation must be made before the order is
processed with our partners, usually within 24 hours of submitting your order. All order cancellations must be made within 24 hours. COT
charges from banks and cost of processing your orders as soon as it is placed means that we will not be able to make a full refund after 24
hours, and you will be charged 2% to 5% (and a minimum of #1,000) of your order total to cover fees we have already inccured in
processing your order after 24 hours. These fees include COT charges from the local Bank, Wire transfer charges where applicable,
InterSwitch processing costs and cost of time spent in taking these orders.

RETURN POLICY
For products that are insured during shipping and are damaged during transit or lost, we will issue a refund or reorder the item once our
investigation with the shipping company concludes that the product was damaged during shipment. We recommend you inspect your item
during delivery to ensure that it was not damaged during transit. Once it has been signed for and accepted, we will not issues a refund in
any way. If you refuse an item that was not damaged during transit, because you changed your mind after the item has been shipped to you,
we will not issues a refund and it will be left to you to accept the item.

All other returns are accepted on a case-by-case basis, and you will be charged a restocking/reselling fee and a shipping fee if applicable.
This usually includes a situation where a customer changes their mind on a given item. Products returned for exchange must be in new
condition, have the original packaging and include all disks, registration cards, packing materials and other accessories and be received
within 3 days of the date we delivered it to you. Please note that you the customer will bear the cost to ship the item back to
ShopFromAmerica.com if you change your mind after an item has been shipped to you.

Due to licensing and copyright laws, we do not accept returns on softwares, Games or any material on a CD/DVD once a package has been
opened. Hardware confirmed as defective by the product manufacturer will either be exchanged or repaired at our sole discretion within the
first 30 days of ownership only, and you the buyer will be responsible for shipping costs back to ShopFromAmerica.com if applicable. After
30 days the product manufacturer warranty is the only warranty in effect. In this situation you will be responsible for all shipping costs to
replace the item. Most products shipped to you through shopfromamerica.com are backed by the product manufacturer's warranty. Please
go through the Terms and conditions offered by the manufacturer. ShopFromAmerica Nigeria Limited will assist customers whenever
possible in gaining satisfaction with product manufacturers.
