MOU With Oceanic Bank
This After months of negotiations and actual trials and investigations of our business model, our Partners in Nigeria,
ShopFromAmerica Nigeria Limited has signed a Memorandum of Understanding with Oceanic Bank International PLC. With this
MOU in place, customers can be rest assured of fast and efficient delivery of all products ordered through shopfromamerica.com

The agreements sets up some frame work that enables efficient operation in Nigeria, and includes.

1) The first and only system that allows payment in naira for purchases in the US. This provides the ability for customers to
pay in any Oceanic Bank nationwide using the customized invoice system on shopfromamerica.com. This process allows customers
who are not comfortable with using any of the card (ATM/Credit Cards) payment systems. The Banks advanced online system
automatically alerts us with the details of payments from each customer a few minutes after it is made, and we immediately
process the order and have it delivered to the customer within the sheduled time. This system has been succesfully tried over
the past 18 months during test run of this business model in Nigeria, and has succesfully been used by customers from Abuja,

2) The institution of a KYC (Know Your Customer) system designed by ShopFromAmerica Nigeria Limited and Oceanic Bank. This
process entails the collection of basic information from customers to eliminate the use of fraudulent credit cards and ATM cards.
With this model, customers paying through ATM/Credit cards will be made to show proof that these cards are actualy theirs
before they can pick up their products. A customer who is not able to show proof, will not be allowed to collect the items and
may be handed over to the police/EFCC if it is found that they used a fraudulent card to make purchases on our site. We will
also carry out due deligence with each order to ensure the genuiness of such an order before they are processed. This sytem has
been designed to eliminate fraud to near zero level, and to ensure we deal only with trusted and hard working customers. After
going through this KYC twice, a unique code is issued to the customer using a system designed by shopfromamerica.com that will
enable further purchases by the customer to be delivered to their home or ofiices.

3) The provision of discounts to Oceanic Bank employees and customers that can save them thousands on everyday products. To
use this, employees and customers will need to pick up a coupon code from a local Oceanic Branch, and use the code when making
purchases from the site. However, because of the huge discounts involved people using these codes will have to show evidence of
their association with Oceanic Bank before they can pick up their items. Details of coupon codes will be released to Oceanic
banks monthly, and customer can get them by visiting the local banks.

4) Continous review/supervision of our operation to ensure we meet demands and professional service all the time.  With this, the
Bank constantly monitors our operations to ensure we are keeping to the level of expertise agreed upon. Customers that have
issues with products purchased through us, either due to delays in delivery or any other complains can contact specific employees
of the banks whose details will be provided shortly.
